The breakfast had a good variety of food, including both continental and Asian dishes. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and shopping. The room was spacious and came with nice amenities.
The service lacked attention to detail and was sometimes slow in responding to requests. The housekeeping could improve their attention to detail.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel had a nice breakfast with a good selection of food, including fresh fruit and eggs. the hotel's location was great; there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel offered a rooftop pool, which provided a nice view of the city.
The bed was very hard, and the pillows were not comfortable. the room was too noisy, and it was difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.
